Big News!
Sorry I have not posted in so long. It has been so busy over the holidays and leading up to my vacation. Yea! So, hopefully I can post a lot over the next week +.
Ok, here is the big news. My first published photo has arrived. I got it published through picture.com, which then sent it through the International Library of Photography. I received the book in the mail last week. The book is titled Distant Visions. My photograph is on page 41 of the book. I am excited!
However, I must repsectfully voice my opinion about the quality of the book. The standard of excellence was a little lower than I had hoped for among peers. Many of the photographs were so casually taken that I am a little embarassed. They also left out my bio in the back that I paid $25 to have included. I will be notifying them about that!
All in all, I'm just happy to have one published. I also have one being published in two ads this month: theknot.com and theweddingchannel.com for Bella Couture. (www.bellacouturellc.com)
